Start here · AI Assessment

Two weeks to see what is really happening with AI at your company.

Before buying licences, training or projects, it is worth knowing what you are building on. The AI Assessment reviews how AI is used today, with which data and under which rules, and ends with a prioritized plan and a budget.

Why we start here

In almost every company AI is already in use: personal accounts, licences nobody measures, initiatives born in each area without IT knowing. Most projects do not fail because of the model, but because of the foundation they are built on.

Diagnosing before buying avoids paying for licences, training or projects that do not match where the company is. And the diagnosis stands on its own even if you decide not to continue with us.

What you get at the end

01

Real AI usage

An inventory of what is already used, including the unofficial kind: which tools, which areas, which accounts and what for.

02

Policy and rules

A proposed usage policy and a matrix of which data can go into which tool, aligned with the applicable data protection law.

03

Score per dimension

Where the company stands on each of the five dimensions, and its maturity level from 1 to 5.

04

Prioritized plan

Initiatives ranked by return, measured as avoided cost, and the budget for the next phase.

The five dimensions we review

Dimension

What it assesses

Adoption

Who uses AI today, with which tools, under which rules

Data

Quality, access and protection of information

Connectivity

Which systems can feed AI, and how

Documentation

What is known, and what is not, about current systems

Security

Leakage risks, access, and regulatory compliance

How it runs

Interviews and a survey

We talk with management, IT and the areas that use AI the most, and a short survey captures how the rest of the company uses it.

Mid-point review

Halfway through we show what we are finding, so the focus can be adjusted before the close.

Report and presentation

We present the diagnosis and the plan to management or the committee. Everything is in writing and it is yours.

Fixed scope and price

Two weeks, a fixed price and no hourly billing.

The result defines what to do first in each pillar: adoption and governance, data and systems, or agents. You can carry it out with us, with another provider or with your own team.

Frequently asked questions

What do we need to provide?
A counterpart to coordinate, access to the key people for the interviews, and help circulating the survey inside the company.
Is it useful if we already have Copilot or ChatGPT Enterprise?
Yes. In that case the focus is on how much of what you already pay for is used, with which data and under which rules.
Does it cover data protection law?
Yes. It reviews which personal data goes into AI tools and what is missing to comply. In Chile, Ley 21.719 comes into force on 1 December 2026.
What happens next?
The plan says what to do first, what it costs and who should do it. Every initiative that follows starts with a priority, a budget and an owner.
